CLA-Helps Burn Belly Fat



I have been reading a lot about CLA (conjugated linoleic acid) This is the trans fatty acid found in meats like grass fed beef and other ruminant type of animals like dairy animal. It not only a great fat burner it is also anti-cancer. See the above link from Wikepedia regarding cancer studies and eating grass fed beef. Getting CLA from a natural source, like grass fed beef is healthier than taking it in a suppliement. Be sure your beef is from a farmer that not only raises their beef cows on grass but finishes on grass as well.

Some farms start their cows on grass, which is their natural diet, and then "finish" by sending them off to a feed lot where they are fed grain and given additional growth hormones to make them bigger and fatter in less time. Eating grains is not natural to their diet sometimes making them sick. At this point they are given anti-biotics.

Beef from my farm are raised and finished on grass that has been certified organic. They are 100% natural. Only the CLA that you get naturally from grass-fed ruminant meats actually has the health benefits and can help increase fat burning. Some studies suggest that it particularly helps target tummy fat, building lean muscle which helps in increasing your fat burning body.
